VACANCY: LUNCHTIME SUPERVISORY ASSISTANT
Grade 1, SCP 2 - £12.26 per hour pro-rata to hours worked
5 hours per week. Term time only (43.60) [Potential for a job share role]

The TrustEd CSAT Alliance is a multi-academy trust based in Shropshire consisting of five secondary schools and four primary schools and is committed to raising pupils’ aspirations so that all young people reach their fullest potential and achieve the success they want for themselves.
The Governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, caring, positive and enthusiastic person to join our lunchtime team. The successful person will help to care for the children and supervise lunchtime activities across year groups EYFS to Year 6. This role is needed in school to support our staffing structure. This post will be fixed term in the first instance and will be reviewed during the summer term 2026.
Duties to include:
Supervising the washing of hands and entry of the children into the dining hall/EYFS
Helping generally during the service of the meals
Assisting pupils where necessary
Developing and encouraging good table manners
Actively encouraging pupils in safe, enjoyable games while they are in the playground
Being responsible for the care and supervision of the children before during and after the meal until the start of the afternoon session
Assisting in first aid
The post is for one hour daily. Timings are 12 noon until 1.00 pm.
